Where Does My Help Come From?

“I lift my eyes to the hills, from where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1&2

This verse has overcoming power.  What do you face today?
Are you struggling with fear?
Are you struggling with grief?
Are you struggling with financial woe?
Are you struggling with obeying God?
Are you struggling with forgiveness?
Are you struggling with anger?
Are you struggling with pride?

Imagine at your right hand is our Creator. The One who created the heavens far beyond what you can see and far beyond what man has discovered millions of light years away.  He is the One that created all the stars, named them and holds them in place.  Psalm 147:4  He determines the number of the stars;  he gives to all of them their names. When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, Psalm 8:3 who commands the sun, and it does not rise;   who seals up the stars;  who alone stretched out the heavens and trampled the waves of the sea; Job 9:7-8

He is your help facing fear.
He is your help navigating through grief.
He is your help with your finances.
He is your help in obedience.
He is your help to forgive.
He is your help to overcome anger and pride.

Next time you are struggling. STOP.

Consider that He who made heaven and earth is the ONE who helps you. There is no greater help or hope in your struggle.

I am down right excited about that!

Blessings,
Diane
